 All orders are shipped via UPS Ground at $7.95 and Overnight at $22.95 in the 48 continential US states, fully insured.  Please note that the name that will appear on your statement will be “www.fishfinder4u.com”.   Transit time begins by counting the next business day, not counting Saturdays and Sundays, or major holidays.  Internation shipping, please contact us at customerservice@fishfinder4u.com.

Fishfinder4U.com  will always attempt to reduce the number of packages being shipped in order to minimize the cost to you.

Please refuse receipt from carrier of any packages that have visible damage upon delivery and contact us at customerservice@fishfinder4u.com or call 888-200-3442 immediately.  If you cannot refuse delivery, contact us immediately and notify us of the damage within (48/72 hours) of receipt.  Please have your order number and tracking number available.

For lost shipments, please contact us at customerservice@fishfinder4u.com and notify us of non-receipt. 

Warranty/Return Policy:
Fishfinder4U offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.  Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Special Order items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to Dacracollc@aol.com or call 888-200-3442 and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%; please contact the RMA department for details.
